In this 10-weeks mantra-based attention and concentration development course, you will learn techniques to improve mental skills, emotional intelligence, concentration, and focus.

When you concentrate your thoughts, you conserve your energy and do not waste it on meaningless thoughts, emotions, or activities, and you achieve success in every endeavor of life. Thus, anyone who wants to be more efficient and successful in life needs to work on their concentration, focus, and mindpower skills.

Mind power is one of the strongest and most effective powers for your growth, and success. The course is for anyone who is interested to improve mind power, memory, and concentration for success.

According to scientific studies, a higher frontocentral theta/beta ratio is associated with decreased attention and focus. The ratio between the slow wave theta (4–7 Hz) and fast wave beta (13–30 Hz) band power is utilized as a source of critical information about brain activity and attention. This course is designed to improve the theta/beta ratio to enhance the mental power using natural, ancient, simple mantra chanting and exercises. 

Moreover, stress inhibits the ability to learn and focus by shutting down the brain. As a result, attention, memory, organization, and integration abilities of the brain are all compromised. Proper meditation reduces the stress and improves memory, and concentration.

  7. 20 Brain puzzles to improve decision making power
  8. 10 Exercises to improve vocabulary and numerical capabilities
  9. Relaxation and breathing exercises.
  10. Various simple mantra chanting practices.
  11. Mind-body co-ordination exercises.
  12. Mindfulness of Movement exercises.
  13. Concentration practices on physical objects.
  14. Concentration practices on an activity.
  15. Use of color and geometry. 
  16. Exercises for building connections with the five sense organs.

How it Works

After you register and submit your payment for an online session, you are notified by email and offered a a set of choices for the dates and times for the online session. You choose one, and confirm by email. You can always email us, if you have a special preference.

Each session is designed for you to enhance the attention and mindpower. The course is tailored to the individual’s needs and requirements.

Sri Amit Ray has many years of deep meditation experience in Himalaya and will explain the fundamentals and deeper aspects of mantra meditations in its non-dual purest form and will guide you through the practice to a state of deep spirituality, concentration, focus, calmness and total wellbeing.

The online meditation classes are provided by Sri Amit Ray, as one-to-one online Skype / WhatsApp sessions at mutually convenient date and time. Depending on the course the number of session varies. The duration of each online session is about an hour. The course includes guided meditations, discussions, and study material.

Upon completion of the online registration and payment process, you will be informed by email, about the date and time of your meditation classes, which are mutually adjustable.
