About the Om Inner Science Meditation:

The workshop will teach the Om meditation techniques called Om Inner Science Meditation, which is an easy-to-practice and effective integrated Om scientific meditation technique developed by Dr. Amit Ray and Banani Ray that was evolved from their long experience in meditation practices as well as meditation teaching.

The technique combines time-tested ancient techniques along with modern science-backed practices that are proven for developing grey matter in the brain, improving focus, concentration and memory, and resist the shortening of telomeres in your gene which enhances health and longevity. 

This is a one-to-one energy transmission (shaktipat) meditation through Skype. 

The process has two phases: 

  • The first phase is Om Mantra Initiation and Energy transmission. 
  • The second phase is Om Mantra Inner Science Guided Meditation.

The class is organised in two phases. The first phase is Om Mantra Initiation and Shaktipat – Energy Transmission. The second phase is Om Mantra Inner Science Guided Meditation.

If you are interested for Skype Online OM Meditation you can register here.  Skype meditation sessions  of Dr. Ray are typically 45 minutes to one hour long. Skype classes will be held on individual basis based on mutually agreed and convenient date and time.  During the online meditation session you will be given appropriate meditation guidance, advice and mentoring. You will also have a chance to discuss meditation issues and meditative techniques.
