The following meditation classes are provided by Sri Amit Ray, as one-to-one on-line Skype sessions at mutually convenient date and time. The duration of these classes are about an hour. There can be 2 to 3 sessions depending on the needs of the students.

72000 Nadi Balancing & Energy Meditation
You will learn 3, 14, 101 and 72000 nadi systems in depth. We will investigate what you’re supposed to actually do with the nadis, how kundalini energy relates to the nadis, and why granthis (psychic knots) are so integral to the nadi systems. Additionally, we will explore nervous system, endocrine systems and the nadis.
