The course is designed to provide a practical guide to those who wish to approach Goddess LalitAmbikA, who is also known as goddess Tripura Sundari and Lalita. She is inseparable from the non dual state of Lord Shiva. She is one, who is also worshipped by Shiva. Sri Vidya is the divine ocean of wisdom consisting everything including Shiva and Shakti.
Goddess Tripura Sundari is the nature of immortal bliss. On attaining which, a person becomes perfect, immortal, and satisfied for ever. Bhakti is the divine nectar and she fulfills our every desire, when our attunement with the Goddess is perfect.

This 9 weeks external ritual free guided meditation course offer you a taste of many new dimensions of devotions and practices of the cosmic energy of the Goddess Lalita to awaken the Divine Playful and Blissful energy within us. This course is both for the new comers and for those who have already completed other courses in other institutes and want to explore the more deeply in a new way.
This course is enriched by the Ancient wisdom. Lalita Tripurasundari, the playful transcendental beauty of the three worlds. Sri means Laksmi (goddess of wealth), Saraswati (goddess of learning), Durga (goddess of power), prosperity, beauty, success, decorated with jewels, supreme intellect and one who can impart knowledge of vedas. Sri Vidya means learning the wisdom of conquering the three worlds.
This course offer fresh insights into the wisdom of Sri Vidya through meditation. It provides ways to remove the obstacles of your life. The meditations are designed to access the blessings of the divine energies. The meditations are designed to improve your inner glow and mental stability and power through love and devotions. You will follow the Sri Sri Amit Ray Samaya Suddha Vidya (Pure Knowledge) Tradition, which is free from rituals and cults.
You will learn the Sri Chakra – the geometrical aspects of divinity in every cells in human body and in the nature and Sri Vidya mantras – the sound vibrational aspects of divinity in human body and in the nature in detail.

After you register and submit your payment for an online session, you are notified by email and offered a a set of choices for the dates and times for the online session. You choose one, and confirm by email. You can always email us, if you have a special preference.
Then the session follows – a session designed for you to learn the Sri Vidya meditation tailored to your taste temperament and need. You receive the energy of the Master on a one on one session and learn through an interactive experience.
Sri Amit Ray has many years of deep meditation experience in Himalaya and will explain the fundamentals and deeper aspects of Sri Vidya meditation in its non-dual purest form and will guide you through the practice to a state of deep spirituality, focus, calmness and total wellbeing.
The online meditation classes are provided by Sri Amit Ray, as one-to-one online Skype / WhatsApp sessions at mutually convenient date and time. Depending on the course the number of session varies. The duration of each session is about an hour. The course includes guided meditations, discussions, and study material.
Upon completion of the online registration and payment process, you will be informed by email, about the date and time of your meditation classes, which are mutually adjustable.
