On the auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day 2023, I am very happy to share with you a Sanskrit sloka that I composed to express my reverence for the ancient science of life called yoga. This verse is offered with the utmost reverence as a tribute to the profound knowledge and exquisite beauty of yoga, which possesses the potential to reawaken unity, cultivate well-being, and kindle the flame of inner calm that resides inside each of us.
